Looking to start running, improve your endurance, or take your performance to the next level? Our Thursday evening running group meets at Parasasa Beach from 6:00 PM to 7:15 PM, offering the perfect opportunity to train in a supportive and fun environment.
Programs to Match Your Level:
Beginners: Zero to Five Kilometer
A 12-week course for new runners covering fitness fundamentals, breathing techniques, and pacing.
Intermediate: Five to Ten Kilometer
For runners aiming to increase their distance from 5 km to 10 km, with a structured 12-week plan.
Advanced: Half and Full Marathon
Tailored for runners ready to tackle a half or full marathon, focusing on endurance and speed development.
Improvement Programs: 5k and 10k Keep on Running
For runners looking to improve their times or run more comfortably over 5 or 10 km.
Each program includes our Thursday evening group sessions, and the 6-month membership is approximately 250 NAFL, depending on the number of weeks in the period.
