Beginners: Zero to Five Kilometer
A 12-week course for those who want to start running. The program covers the fundamentals of fitness, breathing techniques, and pacing.
Intermediate: Five to Ten Kilometer
This program assists runners who can already complete 5 km within 45 minutes to increase their distance to 10 km over a period of 12 weeks, with three training sessions per week.
Advanced: Half and Full Marathon
For runners who can cover 10 km, this 12-week program provides training for completing a half or full marathon, focusing on endurance and speed.
Improvement Programs: 5k and 10k Keep on Running
Designed for runners who want to improve their times or run more comfortably over distances of 5 or 10 km.
