We start with a 20-minute free consultation to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and understand your available training time. During this conversation, I will also clarify the vision and methodology of iRunCW. You can then choose a suitable package and get started!

When you opt for the complete or premium package, you and your coach will set your athletic goals and create a strategic plan, including a race plan if you compete. Consistency in training, healthy nutrition, and adequate rest are crucial to prevent injuries and achieve optimal results.
