Triathlon coaching

At iRunCW, I am dedicated to improving your triathlon performance with personalized training plans tailored to your individual preferences and goals. My aim is to guide you in achieving your athletic ambitions by offering a range of packages designed to suit every stage of a triathlete's journey, whether you're a beginner, restarting, or already advanced.

We start with a free 20-minute consultation to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and understand your available training time. During this conversation, I also explain iRunCW's vision and approach. Afterward, you can choose a suitable package and get started!

All the packages below include an intake session and two weeks of guidance to get you off to a strong start.

If you choose the Premium option, you will set your athletic goals with your coach and develop a strategic plan, including a race plan if you participate in competitions. The Premium option provides comprehensive guidance throughout your triathlon journey.

Consistency in training, healthy nutrition, and proper rest are crucial for preventing injuries and achieving optimal results.

TriDot analyzes every training session using cutting-edge algorithms to enhance your performance. Your plan is continuously adapted based on your training data.

Workouts on Your Watch

Easily upload all your workouts to your watch, ensuring you always have your plan at hand. This makes it simple to follow the correct instructions and paces during every session without extra preparation.

As an IRONMAN U and USAT certified coach, I have helped over 100 athletes achieve their goals over the years. From runners completing their first 5K to triathletes qualifying for the IRONMAN World Championship, my mission has always been to empower athletes to reach their full potential.

My coaching philosophy focuses on personal growth, finding the right balance between effort and recovery, and creating smart, tailored training plans that integrate seamlessly into your life. I prioritize your commitments—family, work, and social life—ensuring training is effective and manageable.

With 15 marathons, numerous IRONMAN 70.3s, and 6 full IRONMAN finishes (including the World Championship in Hawaii), I deeply understand the physical and mental challenges of the sport. My personal experiences give me a unique perspective, enabling me to guide my athletes with empathy and a clear understanding of what it takes to push limits and achieve success.
